If you possess a defective or problematic laptop that falls outside the manufacturers warranty period, Advanced Laptop Solutions are pleased to offer free repair estimates to restore the laptop to working condition. Please do not consider using your manufacturer to repair out of warranty laptops, they charge a fortune! If after inspection your machine is deemed beyond economical repair, all you pay is the carriage charge to return the laptop back to you. We specialise in Dell laptop repairs, but we also provide a service for many of the worlds leading manufacturers including (but not limited to)..

All our repair work is fully warranted for your peace of mind, and we will keep you fully updated on the progress of your repair at all times. Upon acceptance of the repair quote, we will repair, benchtest and clean your notebook prior to despatch usually within 3 days of being given the go-ahead. We can also replace worn plastics if required to restore your laptop to as new condition!

Repairs procedure
If you wish to send your notebook back for a repair estimate, please use our Contact Form. We will contact you with a repair estimate if we are able to realistically able to diagnose the fault remotely, and will authorize the return of the machine by issuing an RMA number should you wish to proceed with the repair.
If returning the notebook yourself proves tricky, we can organise for a courier to collect on your behalf for a nominal fee. Please take care to package the notebook properly to avoid damage in transit.
Once the notebook is received within our workshops, we will contact you via the method of your choice to confirm receipt and work will start on the repair.
You will be contacted once the diagnosis is complete to confirm costs and obtain your authorization to proceed.
