Delivery / Payment

The majority of our goods are handled by insured couriers who offer a trackable guaranteed next working day delivery service. Our standard delivery charge to a UK mainland address is £10 ex VAT. Other services are available such as timed or Saturday deliveries, but the rates can vary. Please contact your account manager for a quotation if this service is required.

We do offer a delivery service to non UK addresses as well, please contact us with details for costings.

Bulk purchases can cost more, your account manager can clarify extra charges when required.

How to buy ?

You can place an order by fax, by telephone, by email or by post. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you must ensure that you are authorised to make the purchase.

Ordering by fax

Fax your order to +44 (0) 1992 582939. Remember to include the billing and delivery address and your preferred payment method. An Account Manager will confirm your order within 24 hours.

At the present time, Advanced Laptop Solutions Ltd does not offer an online buying facility.

Payment Options

Payment can be made in the following ways:

• Cheque - Cheques should be made out in £ Sterling for the full amount and made payable to Advanced Laptop Solutions Ltd
• Bank Transfer - Transfers in £ Sterling can be made directly to our bank account. Please call for our banking details.
• Credit Cards / Debit Cards - we accept American Express, Diners, MasterCard and Visa. Payments are in Pounds Sterling Only.

Payment Terms

Advanced Laptop Solutions Ltd offer credit accounts to official Government and Civil institutions, including local Government, Schools & Colleges, Universities and Hospitals. Accounts will also be considered for UK Publicly Listed and large Corporate companies, subject to status and the completion of a Credit Application form that is available upon request or can be obtained from our download section.

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. After this period ALS Ltd, may, at its discretion, add interest of 2% to the final total.

In cases where ALS Ltd will not offer credit terms, payment must be received in full before the goods are despatched.
